Ordering blood draw kits with us is simple and straightforward. HCPs can order their kits for free through our web-page to hand them out to their patients. Infectolab blood drawing kits come with an order form, payment information form and a blood draw requirement sheet. A filled in order form and payment form should be shipped out to us along with the patient sample.
If you are a patient who is ordering a kit with us, a customer care representative will be in touch and you will be charged a non-refundable deposit of $20 that will be applied to the testing cost on submission of your sample.
Our kits come with the following tubes
Two ACD (yellow top tubes) – Kindly fill both the tubes completely for any EliSpot or Spot testing you order.
One Serum (tiger top tube) – Kindly fill the serum tube completely for any Serology/Antibody test you order (ELISA and Western Blot)
One EDTA (purple top tube) – Kindly fill the EDTA tube completely when you order a CD57 NK cell Subset or T-cell subset testing.
No, it is not required to stop any medication before testing.
